Payment Notes:
1. The application deadline for the July 2026 session is June 19th, 2026.
2. The comprehensive tuition fee covers the registration fee, course tuition, student activity fee, and the cost of one paper transcript. It does not include additional expenses such as accommodation, meals, transportation, or transcript evaluation.
3. SJTU LEC ISS reserves the right to adjust the tuition fee based on fluctuations in the RMB/AUD exchange rate.
4. A course may be canceled prior to the start of the program if fewer than 11 students are registered.
5. All courses are conducted exclusively in one format; SJTU LEC ISS does not offer a hybrid (in-person + online) teaching model.
Payment Method (RMB Only)

Important Payment Notes:
1. When making the transfer, please ensure the remarks section includes: LEC + Your Name + Application Number (e.g., LEC Zhangsan 18888).
2. After payment, log in to your account, go to "User Center - My Application", upload a copy of your "payment confirmation slip (bank receipt)"，and click "Confirm Payment" to finalize your submission.
3. The Finance Office will verify and confirm your payment status within 3 working days of your submission.
4. Accommodation fees and course fees must be paid separately. Under no circumstances should the accommodation fees be transferred to the course fee account mentioned above.

Note: If a student applies to drop one or two courses from a program, the refund will be calculated as the difference between the original fee paid (for the total number of courses) and the fee tier for the remaining number of courses, based on the pricing structure in effect at the time of payment. eg: If a student paid for 3 courses and later drops to 2 courses. The refund amount = Fee for 3 courses at the time of payment - Fee for 2 courses at the time of payment.
Refund Procedures
Log in to the "User Center-My Application-Application Information" and click "Refund Application" to submit your request. The following documents are required for processing:
Refund application form:download the "refund application form", fill it out, sign it, and upload it to the system.
Proof of payment: Provide a clear scan or screenshot of your bank receipt or wire transfer confirmation.
Picture of the bank card showing the account number: Upload a clear image, and mark the bank branch details legibly on this image.
The photo page of the payer's ID card or passport bio-page:Upload a clear image.
*Important Security Notice:To ensure the security of funds, refunds can only be processed back to the original bank account used for the initial payment. Requests to change the refund account cannot be accommodated.
Refund Arrival Time
After you submit your refund application, the SJTU Finance Department will review it. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 working days. The actual arrival time to your account depends on your bank's processing schedule. Please note that processing will be delayed if the application is not approved, or during public holidays and university breaks (summer and winter).
